I could not get the mouse to unlock from the screen, and when I would shoot the ghosts, they seemed to respawn. Seems like a fun game, but controls may need to be refurbished. I Like the concept though!
I haven't seen the mouse bug before, so it's hard to tell what causes it. The ghosts respawning are not a bug, but a feature- you need to scan the memory, and then defeat them once more. Thanks for playing!
A friend of mine tells me he ran this build on linux. Check it out, if not I'll make the linux export tomorrow (I have the files on different machine).

Very innovative! The memory scanning mechanic was very well implemented. The first ghost even managed to scare me slightly

looks like a great game, but could you make a linux export? (I only have linux)

I checked it, and the game is wrapped in an.exe file, which is unrunnable on Linux. Take your time though!
